Fran completed a Bachelor’s degree from Emilio Aguinaldo College in Manila, PH. She started her career in the call center sector until an opportunity came for her to pivot into a new field. Since then, she has been engaged in technical recruitment through US staffing companies for 13 years now.

Thanks to the chance to work at PeopleSERVE, it allowed her to keep a good work-life balance, which not only benefits her but also her family.

Now, she can enjoy more family getaways, whether it’s a spur-of-the-moment beach holiday or exploring the wilderness in her free time. Don’t get her wrong, she does love the energy in the Metro Manila area, but she also loves the quiet and calm that the cool sea breeze brings.
