Jessica joined the PeopleSERVE team with nearly 5 years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing. She has worked in consultancy firms and startup environments, supporting U.S.-based clients from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.

She is passionate about research-driven recruiting and building strong technical teams and is currently expanding her knowledge in AI automation and data analysis. Outside of work, she’s a marathon runner who loves trail running, hiking, and spending time with her dogs.
